DESIGN CONSULTING
We charge a flat $75.00/hour fee for design consulting, with a discount if you using our decorative concrete service. We can arrange a flat fee for very large projects or extensive consulting, and discounts for builders. As a consultant, we can be a valuable buffer between the contractor and the owner. There is a minimum 2 hour fee that is to be paid at the time of the consultation.
FLOORS
We don’t publish our prices, as our material costs fluctuate with the economy, and we need to see your floor before determining the cost. However, if you call for a bid, we will be bidding on the following criteria. Please read this list before calling, as we will ask you these questions.
Are you a builder/contractor or an owner?
How many square feet do you have?
Will the floor be prepped and ready for us?
Is it inside or outside?
Is your floor new concrete, or does it have carpet or tile covering it?
Do you want acid stain or a dye?
Do you want scoring?
Do you want a design scored into the floor?
Do you want any artwork?
Do you want your floor finish to be shiny or matte?
Will you need floor protection to protect floors during contractors remaining work?

Are you interested in a terrazzo style, or a more simple countertop?
Will you install it yourself, or do you need us to install it?
